SHIPPING & RETURNS

Products are meant to be treated with the same care as any other jewelry and/accessory. It is not advised to engage in activities , including but not limited to, sports, heavy lifting, swimming, physical labor, etc. Engaging in these activities is not prohibited of course, but will be at your own risk and returns/exchanges will not be accepted for those items.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of expected arrival date. Return shipping label will not be provided. Returns are accepted upon approval under these conditions:the item breaks(must included all recovered pieces of the bracelets in the return package) or if the bracelet is the wrong size. This only applies to item that having different sizing options and standard size returns will not be accepted. If all conditions are met, a full refund will be processed to the payment method used for the purchase.

For an exchange, the newly select item must be of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item price exceeds that of the original product, the difference must be covered by the purchaser upon Checkout.
